After an emotionally charged X factor show on Saturday that featured Mariah Carey live performing her new single “I Stay in Love” and “Hero” with also the emotional and shock departure of one of the finalist favourites Laura White, we thought we’d take a closer look at X Factor with the focus on Dannii Minogue this week, with a guided tour backstage and the latest news and rumours and facts surrounding this judge and some of her thoughts and views on various aspects of the show..
With the X Factor show now over the half way mark things will start to get heated as the pressure and competition intensifies and the short list gets ever shorter and we will be taking an increasing interest in the events on this show..

Dannii has had some bad press of late, including rumours she is to be replaced on the panel for the next series (not true, it has been confirmed the panel will remain the same for the next series) and also one of her finalists Rachel Hylton has decided to go it alone for one performance and ignore Dannii’s mentoring advice ( probably similar to ditching your record label in the real world) not the best of ideas. Ditch your mentor and thank them when you know more than them, and not before, is normally a good rule to follow in any walk of life, and if the advice is free……..take it!
