Courtney Love is never far from the headlines and the former lead singer of the band “Hole” and widow to Kurt Kobain of Nirvana fame could be hitting the headlines increasingly again, as the long awaited album thats been in the pipeline for a while now called “Nobody’s Daughter” the follow up to her previous solo offering “America’s Sweetheart” looks to be on its way. This previous album released in 2004, that news sources have quoted her as saying she was not creatively very happy with. (swear words removed)

This new album “Nobody’s Daughter” was primarily inspired and mostly written when she was in rehab in 2005, an extreme situation if ever there was, and extreme situations can have the habit of bringing out extreme talent and creativity, and this album is highly rated by her, and for fans of her music this is an incredibly interesting development.
This album was supposed to be released on January 1 2009 but has since been postponed for various reasons, and has some interesting sponsors to the tune of $30M, but the physical as opposed to download release looks set to be February 9 2009 with further interesting developments on the dload version.
The sort of woman you love or loathe, and we love her serious attitude here, always a controversial figure, not afraid to express her gutsy views, but it can’t be denied there is heaps of talent here, she definetly rocks musically and in her private life, and she is a “character” for want of a better word, of the first order.
