After a fantastic Oscars 2009 and all the partying after the various events around Los Angeles eventually you have to go home, and this article captures  some of the stars at various locations after the event, no red carpet dresses, limited or no make up, heading to their various abodes captured by top notch paparazzi.

First off Kate Winslet winner of the Best Actress award at the Oscars seen arriving at New Yorks JFK with what looks like a wrapped in green Oscar statue ( it is) and she is clutching it very, very tightly. Didn’t go with the main baggage, not even in her hand baggage, it didn’t even leave her hands!

Second is Jennifer Aniston for us, winning the unofficial Academy Award, for the Best Red Carpet appearance at the event outclassing everything in sight. Here she is dressed down. She was seen heading to Los Angeles airport catching a plane for London

Eva Mendes was also spotted at Los Angeles Airport (LAX) ,where she was heading was not known.

And finally Rachel Weisz was seen with her husband Darren Aronofsky arriving at New Yorks JFK airport.

There is a saying “what a difference a day makes” and this saying could be applied very easily to Freida Pinto.

From relative obscurity to gracing the top red carpet events with all the current A Listers, she has handled what can only be described as a lightning transition to be brought under the spotlight with what appears to be relative ease and she is getting a name for herself especially on this site for never putting a foot wrong when it comes to the red carpet look.

A lot of news surrounding this lady, she’s married, she’s not married, she’s engaged, she’s not engaged, she’s single, but all the gossip aside, career wise this looks like 2009 could be the year of the Freida Pinto.

With her recent appearance at the 2009 Academy Awards rubbing shoulders with the worlds elite in the film industry with her role in SlumDog Millionaire. This film directed by Danny Boyle scooped up 8 of its 9 nominated awards and for such a low budget film as well, this film cleared up in Oscar terms. Things are starting to gather pace for Freida and there is an interesting recent development that looks set to put Freida Pinto’s career further into orbit.

Woody Allen is set to be making a new film which will be a follow up to his recent critically acclaimed film “Vicky Christina Barcelona” and he has his eye on Freida Pinto being the new Scarlett Johansson in his new film. Details of the film as in plot and even the title are as yet unavailable but what is known is Freida will star along side the current cast of Naomi Watts, Anthony Hopkins, and Josh Brolin and this film will have a love and intrigue theme.

The film looks set to be shot in London this summer. If Freida impresses Woody Allen there could be the chance of further productions as Woody Allen has a habit of doing this which he did with Scarlett Johannson.

This is a very significant development for Freida and we will be watching closely for further news.

Alice Dellal the Brazilian Model who is the daughter of Brazillian Model Andrea Dellal was at the Issa Show. This is part of the Autumn/Winter 2009 Collection part of the London Fashion Week. The event was held at the BFC Tent at the Natural Histrory Musuem on February 23. The Vivienne Westwood Show was held on 21 February.

London Fashion Week is in full swing and here’s a round up of some top Brit favourite Models gracing the runway during the event. First off is Daisy Lowe and she was at the Vivienne Westwood Red Label Show. This is part of the Autumn/Winter 2009 Collection.

Sienna Miller was the highlight of yesterdays London Fashion Week with her new fashion line Twenty8Twelve named after the date of her birthday and is a joint venture between Sienna and her sister Savannah.

The fashion event was held at the Old Dairy in East london and Sienna turned down the chance to appear at the Oscars so that this venture has a good head start. The show was displayed before a packed audience of press, buyers and celebrities, including Courtney Love, Alexa Chung, Kanye West, Francesca Versace, Daphne Guinness, Mary McCartney, Jade Jagger, and Twiggy.  The style is a mixture of punk, boho and biker style leather jackets.

The Vanity Fair Party is the main Oscar Party which had a huge turnout of A listers but there is another party which is hosted by a major celeb that also attracts the big names and is just as big and thats the 17th Elton John Aids Foundation Oscar Party.

650 people attended this Elton John bash and names included Katie Price, Elle Macpherson, Natasha Bedingfield and Sharon Stone. With a ticket price of a mere $3500 and multiply that by 650 guest and you get a pretty good idea of how much money was raised for the Aids Charity.

This party has caught our eye in particular as a couple of photo’s jumped out from the masses that you will not see that often, and thats Eva Longoria and Victoria Beckham together in the same shot. 

Also a in party shot at their table with Eva Longoria, Victoria Beckham and Kate Beckinsale who are pretty close friends. Interesting to note that they all chose black!
