Drew Barrymore premiered in New York the other night in the new film “Grey Gardens” and made a grand appearance at the Letterman Show to talk about her latest film role. If you’ve ever seen the film ET (very few people have not) the little girl in this film is Drew Barrymore.

This was her second and most famous introductory film role and she was merely 6 years of age, her first film role was in a film called Altered States in 1980 and she was just 5.

Her very very first acting role was in a dog food commercial at 11 months of age, Drew comes from a long family of actors under the Barrymore flag. A clear natural talent and most of these natural talent types do start at a very young age and that can apply to music, film sport and many other areas. Not only is she an actress but she is a film producer also.

Letterman Interview Part 1

Barrymore’s more recent film roles  include He’s Just Not That into You, Beverly Hills Chihuahua, and Everybody’s Fine. Her more famous films are Charlies Angels, The Wedding Singer and the famous cult film with the humungous bunny “Donnie Darko” alongside Jake Gyllenhaal.

Letterman Interview Part 2

An interview worth hunting down is one of the famous older interviews with Letterman where she starts flashing on top of a table and causing chaos and Letterman doesn’t know which way to look. Drew is a character, we’ve always got time for her, and we look forward to seeing more of her in the future!
