A collection of photos from the female cast of Gossip Girl while on set in NYC on 17 Aug with an all star line up of featuring Jessica Szohr, Leighton Meester and Blake Lively. The location of the filming was in the Botanic Garden in Brooklyn, NYC.  A very sombre set of photos here with faces that wouldn’t look out of place on a funeral, maybe that is what was being shot, we are not quite sure,  but clothing says otherwise, all will be revealed when it goes live on TV.

Britney Spears who recently went shopping in LA and changed outfits three times is now hitting the headlines for sporting a different bikini every day whilst  having what is the current new trend,  a staycation.

 She has been having a break from her current world tour and staying at the Ritz Carlton in Marina Del Rey, LA, although there is no penny scrimping going on here as this is a five star hotel. Her two sons Jayden and Sean Preston were also spotted and it looks like she is spending some quality family time with her kids before the world tour restarts again.

She is back on tour next month completing her Part 2 North American Leg and then onto Australia. First port of call will be Ontario, Canada in September.

Romance wise the rumours are flying about Jason Trawick and Britney Spears with the gossip rags saying they have split, a lot of the media are quoting the same thing but with a question mark on the end and we’ve decided to tack this on at the bottom of the article as opposed to making it a full blown headline!.

Jennifer Garner was spotted on  17 August on set of the new film “Valentines Day” sporting stonker wedgies and a casual look for her role in the film. Massive all star cast for Valentines Day with the latest sign ups being Jamie Foxx and Queen Latifah for this romantic comedy. Jen is always popular no matter what the headline and her down to earth manner wins people over, she’s also makes for a funny interview.

She  stars amongst a huge line up that includes such names as Julia Roberts, Jessica Biel,  Ashton Kutcher, Bradley Cooper, Patrick Dempsey, Eric Dane, Jessica Alba and Anne Hathaway.

The film is set in Los Angeles and follows the path of five stories within the same film which are all vaguelly interconnected. Jennifer plays  the character who finds out her boyfriend is married, and Ashton Kutcher plays a florist who proposes to his girlfriend (Jessica Alba) only to realise he is in love with his close friend played by  Jennifer Garner again. There’s more to this story, complicated love plot is an understatement!

Victoria Beckham has currently done two American Idol show judging sessions, she has impressed Simon Cowell immensely and the other show bosses and its looking that there is a strong possibility she may be awarded a full time position in vacant seat No4 formerly Paula Abdul’s to the tune of $5M in contract form.

This is as yet to be confirmed and it looks like the show bosses are looking to keep her on trial as a Paula Abdul replacement and she currently looks the strongest candidate. There are a few minor concerns as apparently she talks a bit on the posh side and the American audience may have trouble understanding her classy Brit tones. Also her thin frame the show bosses think may be an issue, why we are not sure, as judges spend most of their time sitting down.

Other candidates for the vacant position include Katy Perry and Mary J Blige. Katy Perry would be fun and has experience but not as much as Mary J Blige. A source has quoted that Victoria has undergone facial expression lessons and has tried to lose the VB pout especially for the show. Interesting times ahead!

Pamela Anderson the famous Baywatch star was spotted along with  Suzanne Somers heading to the incredibly posh and swanky world famous restaurant called “Nobu” in Malibu, looking all very celeb and glammed up in white but the twist to the story is she’s currently living in a trailer park!

Is this the result of the star hitting hard times, no, this is out of choice rather than having no other option and is the result of building and renovation work going on in her original Malibu home. She moved to Paradise Cove Trailer Park when the building work started, has been there ever since, loves it so much, she doesn’t want to go back.

She’s got a new Beau who is an electrician called Jamie Padgett who also lives on the park, they are both very happy and loved up, loving the beach side lazy lifetsyle, the kids are happy, serious question marks are being raised as to whether she will actually be going back to her real celeb palace!

Pamela has been quoted as saying “I’m a bit of a split personality”…..you’re not far wrong there!

Another big romance buzz that is gathering steam, Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Effron are starting up some major rumours on celeb sites and they are reportedly thinking of getting married and they are currently engaged or getting engaged, everybody is getting excited but lets take a closer look before the party gets underway?

So whats started all this engagement frenzy. The headline came from The News of the World and it goes something like this:

‘We haven’t set a date and if we did, we’d keep it secret for as long as possible,’ she’s quoted as saying.

‘Why? What if one of us was offered a major film part? Then we’d have to postpone our marriage and people would say we’d split up. And we don’t want that.’

All sounds convincing stuff unfortunately Vanessa Hudgens who is 20 and Zac Effron 21 have denied all this saying to Just Jared all this is simply “not true” which brings us round full circle!

Totally different subject and thats a new film starring Vanessa Hudgens and its a modern day adaptation of “Beauty and the Beast”  called “Beastly” based on the famous novel and Vanessa Hudgens plays the beauty where she is the princess that finds her prince via the beast. The film has just finished being shot in Montreal, Canada.

Bit of a departure from her normal High School Musical Stuff with this film being older and a bit more on the edge. The film looks to be released on an estimated date of this time next year!

Eva Longoria is hitting the news in style lately and besides her famous role in Desperate Housewives and also renowned as one of the faces of L’Oreal, she owns her very own restaurant in Hollywood called Beso’s. A couple of photos taken recently of her on set at Desperate Housewives one with an overlong dress, not sure whether it was intentional, how she managed to stay upright again not sure on that either!

 This restaurant has been such a success that she has just signed a licence for a new Beso’s to be opened in Las Vegas which will go by the name of Beso’s Vegas where she reckons her unique style of food will go down a storm.

Menus’ will be slightly different but this new restaurant will have a very similar Eva style with some specials differences and also an upstairs lounge called Eve. Beso Las Vegas will be opening in Las Vegas on New Years Eve 2010.

Two restaurants though it looks like are not enough for Eva Longoria Parker. Her latest idea is to continue with her restaurant expansion expanding a new brand called  “Besitos”, which are basically smaller besos, in airports, and these will have a smaller scale version menu. Contracts have been signed for her first Besito at Los Angeles Airport
