The 2009 MTV Video Music Awards were held last night September 13, 2009 at the  Radio City Music Hall, New York and there was a massive turnout for this one and being a music awards the dress code for the red carpet and also inside the event is a little bit crazier then your normal movie/film awards.

So who was there. Here’s the guest list its HUGE! and includes non other then Kermit the Frog! From what we have seen in the pics LEGS ARE IN but Lady GaGa thinks otherwise!
