Some good news for Amy Winehouse fans, the rumours have been around a while now but it has been confirmed by Amy Winehouse that she will br appearing on Strictly Come Dancing.

She will not be doing the Rumba, Tango or Salsa complete with Beehive, she will not even be singing in an Amy Winehouse capacity but instead bizarrely she is going to be a backing singer to her God Daughter Dionne Broomfield who is a mere 13 years of age.

The two will be appearing on this Saturdays show where Dionne will be singing her new track “Mama Said” which is part of her debut album which has been produced under the brand new Amy Winehouse record label Lioness Records.

A special treat for viewers as Amy hasn’t been seen live for some time now, she’s cleaned up her act and if recent photos are to go by she’s looking on top of her game. The two funnily enough watch and are fans of the show and they are thrilled to bits to appear on their fave program.

Is this the beginning of the Amy Winehouse comeback that we’ve been predicting for the last 12 months?
