The fan that assaulted Leona Lewis in the Leona Lewis autobiography book launch in Waterstones Bookstore in London on October 14th has been sectioned.

But Peter Kowalczyk, 29, who allegedly hit the X Factor Winning star was too ill too attend the City of Westminster Magistrates Court but he has been sectioned under the Mental Health Act regardless. Leona Lewis flew in on Monday for the court hearing.

The case has been adjourned and moved forward to Nov 23rd. The case continues!
