Alicia Keys and her beau Swiss Beatz her producer were seen in the last week of December last year doing some intensive house hunting with one in particular coming up on her shortlist in New York according to Page Six part of the New York Post.

According to this source they have narrowed things down to one apartment a penthouse in the Peter Marino-designed condo building at 170 East End Avenue, across the street from the mayoral residence known as Gracie Mansion. Apparently they’ve been back four times to view this penthouse abode!
