Very limited information on this pop/folk genre artist but she’s fairly new with her first EP released back in November 2009 and she has her debut album out in Spring 2010. Her first single which we assume is from this album is called “Skinny Genes”
Eliza Doolittle is a singer–songwriter who is signed to the Parlophone record label. Her debut album due to be released in Spring 2010 and she was born in 1987.
Eliza has been doing the London gig circuit and has so far played live gigs at the Jazz Club and the Notting Hill Arts Club as part of the club night ‘Yo Yo’. Her debut single “Skinny Genes” is out on the 29.03.2010. The song had featured in an advert for Very.co.uk. She told BBC’s Steve Lamacq the song is “a funny scenario if you didn’t like someone, if they were really annoying, but you had a good time under the sheets.” Information courtesy Wikipedia!

She and Him (official website) is an indie folk band made up of non other than Zooey Deschanel (vocals, piano, banjo) and M. Ward (guitar, production). The band’s first album, Volume One, was released on Merge Records in March, 2008 and they now have a second album out called strangely enough “Volume Two”. An increasingly rare official music video from You Tube is featured below of their lead song from this second album called “In The Sun”:

It’s front page of The Sun News and Wayne Bridge the footballer of MANCHESTER CITY fame looks to be in luck and apparently has exchanged numbers with Kim whilst over in LA on a visit and a chance bump into her in a nightclub VIP area…………. a bit of smooth patter and some time later, hey presto we have an exchange of numbers………..so the story goes according to The Sun.

Smiley Miley was on form at the premiere of her ultra serious role in The Last Song that co stars Liam Hemsworth who she romances in the film and continues to romance off screen as well which might explain the smile that’s big enough to light up 5 cities in the US.
