Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Aniston, Adam Sandler & Dave Matthews all were spotted on set shooting scenes for Just Go With It in the latest location of Hawaii. Filming started at sunset and rolled on all through the night until the very early hours. Jennifer Aniston was spotted sporting a very sexy white netted style dress, which at some points was clearly see through. This film looks absolutely hilarious although it has to be said we have no idea what is going on here!

Selena Gomez was on Blue Peter a couple of days ago on UK TV performing her new single live called “Naturally” plus a computerised interview. She’s making that difficult transition from actress to musician which nearly always ends in tears. We’ve included this performance as a lot of music on this site ends up at 3 stars which sounds a terrible score when in fact it’s a respectable one . Here’s a song that is not in the 3 star category!
Whats our verdict of the song “Naturally” and Selena’s live performance? The song is looking very much to be in the 2 star territory which doesn’t need explaining. The live performance looks to be live in places and voice over on the chorus, but where it is live it’s not very good at all. 1 and half stars for the live performance. Averaging out at 1 and half stars +++ we are frantically looking at something to salvage this critical wreckage and we’ve added a tiny bit to up the score as she is looking very nice indeed to make it a nice round 2 stars!
In summary it’s not great is it…haven’t heard the studio version but hope it’s better than this! Chart prediction on this one…….total flop or Top 10 with ease due to the Gomez following!
Very few actresses actually make it in the music scene for any length of time for some strange reason, it’s just one of those things, But Selena Gomez is still young and things may improve over time!
A lot of interest in Ciara lately. We wonder why? Is it the Ciara feat Ludacris “Ride” Video with all that gyrating, body pumping and shaking going on that’s causing a stir? Ciara was at Us Weekly Hot Hollywood Style Issue celebration do in West Hollywood last night. Thought it might be a good idea to see if there are any photos of her at this event.

Christina Aguilera’s new single “Not Myself Tonight” is currently getting air play and a sampler has been out for a couple of weeks now. A closer look to see what is going on!

As people are well aware Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears go back a long way, they’ve always competed with each other and are always watching each others single and album releases very closely whether they are in or out of the music scene.
Which brings us nicely onto Christina Aguilera’s forthcoming new album called “BIONIC” out everywhere June 8th. Now isn’t this an incredibly similar time to when Britney Spears is due to release her new album offering. Coincidence or something more? We think it’s in the “something more” camp. Christina has been in the headlines recently with some Lady GaGa comparisons. Appearances aside, (photo above who’s copying who here) and focusing on the vocals at this end there is no comparison with Christina having a broader range to the more restricted but more powerful Lady GaGa!
This looks set to be yet another comeback but as Christina is painfully aware, there is a Britney Camp and there is a Christina Aguilera camp and there is no middle meeting ground and no switching from one to othe other. Also to add to the complications there is now a Lady GaGa camp. We are in the Britney Spears camp and Britney’s star is shining ever brighter at present, but Christina Aguilera has talent aplenty but there is a shadow over her at present and it’s Britney and she is all too aware of it!
“Not Myself Tonight” her new number looks to be an improvement on her last offering that again was timed just in time for the Britney bounce back from hell a couple of years ago and we thought that number was a complete and utter disaster. This song looks to be a better slicker production, more edgy and in the Christina style she is renowned for but with a more up to date twist. Vocally she’s there although this is a studio recording, decent lyrics all in all….. not bad although not our thing here. Rating 3 stars+++
Chrisitna has had a baby, that’s something she had to do, but the music bug has returned, it will be interesting if she reclaims her former glory amidst the increasingly competitive female music artists out there at present?
Not having the first clue about fashion, which goes with what, hems up, hems down,what colour is in, what’s out, hair up, hair down, as it’s Friday night, yours truly has decided to have a tongue in cheek go at a recent Salma Hayek appearance at a Green Auction event giving an expert analysis on whether she cracked it on the night just like those fashionista sites! If they can do it…so can we?????

Salma Hayek the 30 Rock Star is renowned for being a head turner in more ways than one and likes to push the boundaries in the style stakes with only Lady GaGa and RiRi possibly outdoing her on that score amongst a few others such as Beth Ditto. You may disagree?
So onto the analysis. Flowing brunette locks framing a perfectly natural made up and flawless latin face leading perfectly to her black figure hugging top and carefully matched black puffball skirt just the right length to show off those shapely legs and accentuate those curves that she is world renowned for. All looks good and relatively tame for Salma so far. Lets check the clogs. ………….WHAT have we got here! Military style very strange looking uber shoe numbers that wouldn’t look out of place on Star Trek or Doctor Who. with Fashion police sirens wailing……………take her away to serve time in Fashion prison!
Some people say ……never worry about shoes as nobody ever looks at them……….proved that theory wrong here!
The thing that springs to mind with this set up is Salma is pretty switched on, has she put these fashion disaster clogs on not knowing this is a disaster in the making OR is she just letting the world know that YES these shoes are awful, and YES they do not do me any favours at all BUT i’m so damn confident and good looking I’m just demonstrating I can pull this off anyway! Over to the fashionistas?
