We have Commander live and we have the Commander FMIF mix but as yet no official video. BUT today Kelly Rowland’s new single feat David Guetta and the official video are out and this is taken off her new shrouded in mystery album which is due for release later in June!

The Verdict: If you’ve seen the live video she is an impressive performer. Video is more of the same, impressive with a capital I with Kelly as the Commander in the black crew facing off Kelly as Commander of the red crew. The ability to reinvent yourself in the music biz will always give you a long term edge and Kel has certainly pulled out the stops on this one she is looking incredibly hot indeed with this new dominatrix style look. This is a club number so repetition is a factor but it doesn’t grate and there’s some decent lyrics in here to compensate all backed by a power house sound in the form of David Guetta and the music has a complex sound. You simply cannot fail to move to this number, if you can’t ………………….please…………….go and seek professional help!

This song is a rather strange mix of that old school Ibiza sound (Chorus) with a more modern twist on the main sections and it works. Onto the vocals and Kelly takes it low low low and then throttles it to the higher notes screaming them out in a sophisticated  “I’m back” manner. There’s all shades of vocals in between as well, enough to make the current divas to sit up and say “wow……..we seem to have some serious competition here”. Is this the dance floor filler of the Summer 2010?

Chart prediction. We think this should do well but it’s not exactly hip hop or R n B which is dominating the music scene at present. Could go No1 but we think it should hit the top 10 with ease. Rating……….we do like this…….nothing less than 4 stars……a superb number!!!!
