The remake of the hit TV series “The A Team” in film form premiered last night with a good turn out from the stars to grace the red carpet.Tanks were also present at the event!

Jessica Biel predictably stole the night and she is one of the very few female stars in this all action number that is directed by Joe Carnahan and produced by the brothers Ridley and Tony Scott. The original TV series creators have also had some input on this film to keep it authentic. Billed as a blending of Die Hard, Bourne Identity and Casino Royal. Totally different cast from the original TV series and no there is no original Mr T which is a shame. The A Team Trailer Billed for a June 11 release!

The Plot:

Like the original series, the story follows the adventures of four U.S. Army Special Forces soldiers-turned-mercenaries, three of whom were arrested for a crime they did not commit and are now branded war criminals. After managing to escape from military prison, the three join forces with Captain H.M. Murdock, their reconnaissance pilot, as soldiers of fortune.
