Cheryl Cole is not one for staying down too long and the recent Malaria she has suffered has knocked her down big time but the latest news out is that she COULD be back at X Factor on Friday to continue with her auditions for the show. She is currently recovering at her home.

She is reported to have a private nurse on call which is a wise move. Repeat malaria attacks even after treatment are not uncommon as none of the current treatments are 100% effective and attacks can happen anything from a few weeks to six months or longer in the future but are not as bad as the first attack! That’s coming from somebody who has had it!
In the meantime Nicole Scherzinger (pictured below) the ex lead Doll of Pussy Cat Dolls has been doing Cheryl’s job and keeping the seat warm whilst she has been off sick and by all accounts has been doing a good job which we don’t doubt for a minute…………..you couldn’t have a better person for the job. If Cheryl returns to The X Factor on Friday she is rumoured to be interviewed in her home by Xtra Factor’s Konnie Huq. Further in depth details at OK Mag.
