Top socialite Nicole Ritchie was on Good Morning America the other day as she has released a second novel called “Priceless” which she has recently promoted and her birthday was the other week but our concern is weddings. The wires are full of contradictory stories about Nicole Richie, she’s definitely engaged to be married as this was confirmed earlier this year but when is the day that the knot will be tied.

This is what we call a bloggers dilemna. Do you run with the story saying she’s getting married and then find out it’s denied by her rep 20 minutes later and end up looking  total muppet OR do you hang fire until something more solid comes out and then look like yesterdays news  OR do you do an FJ and publish an article with all the headlines out there and hand it over to you the reader with hands up in the air saying “Really haven’t got a clue whats going on here”. Guess which route we took!

Here’s what we think? Wedding bells are this side of Christmas and she may go for one of those secret wedding things that are all the rage at the moment on some paparazzi free remote dream island hence the denials and hush hush nothing is happening scenario. How did  we come to this conclusion ……………..look at the photo above………….it’s all in the smile?

Nicole Snooki will soon have a book????? The Reality TV Star from Jersey Shore hasn’t been here five minutes but she now has an App and has managed to wangle herself onto this site as Female Celebrity of the Month for September with “How the hell did she manage to pull that off” being muttered at this end. So not content with Apps she has errr gone slightly a bit more high brow and she is set to delve into authorship and launch a Snooki book.

According to the New York Daily News Simon & Schuster announced Wednesday its Gallery Books imprint will publish a novel by Nicole Polizzi, aka Snooki, of the reality TV show “Jersey Shore.”The novel,” reads the announcement, “will revolve around a girl looking for love on the boardwalk (one full of big hair, dark tans and fights galore).”

Titles being bandied around are “Snooki Booki” and “A Shore Thing” how about “Am I getting just a bit too far ahead of myself here”……….. it’s long but very appropriate.

We are not sure of her book writing skills but we do follow her on Twitter and it could be interesting to say the least.

With lines like:

“your a jerk, get offa me. No more dts ever”

“Thinking about getting a dog!!! my little tiny princess…or ill get a great dane and ride it around nyc”

the book could be very interesting indeed?

Nicole Snooki is on a roll, despite what was said earlier we were right to pick her for September the timing couldn’t have been better, she’s right in the fame vortex, it will be interesting to see how this book pans out!

At the time of writing this article Nicole Snooki is just one post behind Megan Fox on total post count……….that’s how big she is trending out there!

Cheryl Cole is now branching out into jewelery……….. She’s back! She has a new capsule ring collection out called “Promise” which is created by herself and de Grisogono (sounds posh must be good) and the launch party was held at Nobu in London and some names turned out for this one. Girls Aloud band mates Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh the two that Cheryl is closest too were at the event offering support and also names such as Diana Vickers X Factor finalist now has a No1 to her name, Louise Walsh, Chloe Green, Fawaz Gruosi and a US showing in the form of Selena Gomez.

There were others at the event. A soggy miserable night but we have a couple of shots of Cheryl and Selena showing you can look glamorous in the rain with an enormous umbrella. Cheryl’s book as in auto biography with no Ashley “Through My Eyes” also hits the shelves today…………she’s never going to hear the end of that one on this site…………..”Ashley WHO”! Perfume, fitness video and an Iphone App next………….maybe even a Cheryl Cole umbrella!

Caroline Wozniacki the stunning Danish blonde who is a solid rival to the likes of Maria Sharapova in match play and in the looks department is through to the Pan Pacific Quarter finals in Tokyo after beating Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova 6-1, 6-2. She’s still currently the World No 2 according to the WTA and is knocking on that No 1 door very loudly indeed but Serena Williams is not keen to let her in for obvious reasons.

Caroline Wozniacki got knocked out in the US Open semi finals against the rapidly rising Russian newcomer Vera Zvonereva who can now claim 2 grand slam finals to her name, Zvonereva was eventually beaten by Kim Clijsters of Belgium.

IF Caroline Wozniacki had gone on to win the US Open, with the absence of Serena Williams due to that foot injury and Wozniacki’s strategic position at a close No2, she could have been World No1 and also US Open Champion, a sweeter double you would struggle to find in the World of Tennis.

Events panned out that this was not to be, but she has a second shot at doing the double, it will not be as grand as winning the US Open but it’s still an incredibly good way to end the season. Our concerns are that Vera Zvonereva is showing astonshingly deadly and continuous solid performance at the very highest levels of Women’s tennis, she’s beaten Caroline Wozniacki in the U S Open, will this be a repeat performance.

Francesca Schiavone the 2010 French Open winner, Elena Dementieva the former champion and Victoria Azarenka are other names that have also made it through to the Quarter finals and will test Wozniacki’s world class talents to the limit. Caroline Wozniaki faces Agnieska Radwanska of Poland in her quarter final playoff. The pressure is on!

Paris fashion week is underway with a bang straight after the hectic global line up that has been New York, London and Milan over the past few weeks. This is a huge event arguably the best and most famous but other cities would of course say otherwise. There are a massive 91 catwalk shows at this event and the event goes on until October 6th.
This event is famous for its after party show events throughout the show which attract the well heeled crowd from all quarters. Another female celebrity magnet where you can almost hear them fighting at the door to get in and secure that all important front row seat.

Paris Fashion week normally outclasses most and equals New York by sheer volume the amount of female stars that attend. If there are any big names captured on camera they will of course be here. Some of the more bizarre runway shots may also make an appearance.
