A very posh looking Katy Perry was spotted over in London town on a visit yesterday promoting her newly released album “Teenage Dream”. By all accounts when she’s dived in at the deep end with Russell Brand and done the deed later this year, she’s looking at some sort of dual UK/US citizenship. She says England is like her second home and she plans to spend more time here in the future. Better bring the brolly then and ditch the sun lotion!

If this is the Katy Plan according to The Sun, then she has to live in the UK for at least three years and suffer our depressing weather before she would get the nod for dual citizenship from our Home Office who deal with such things. Either way her album has stormed to the No1 spot in the US and we think it should be a repeat performance here in the UK.
