A bizarre post on a quiet day news wise and there may not be anything else out there like it as far as we are aware……….. could be a world first. It’s a study of which female stars pay for their parking via parking meters instead of parking tickets. It’s also a study of human behaviour and how stars react to this pole in the ground with a meter thing on top where you put money in. Some look confused, some look irritated, some look bemused, some look non plussed or treat the thing with indifference, some actually looked pleased to see it.
