Jessie J the rapidly rising Essex star that is billed by the media to give Rihanna and Lady GaGa a run for their money in the very near future? was spotted over in New York performing live. As her rapidly increasing number of fans will know she performed recently at the Scala in London and a couple of days ago was one of a host of rising stars on the line-up at the MTV’s “Brand New for 2011″ at Koko in Camden. She performed her recent hit single ‘Do It Like A Dude’and  also played ‘Mamma Knows Best’, ‘Price Tag’ and an acoustic version of ‘Who You Are’. Her debut album ‘Who Are You’ is set to released on March 28. She was last night. over in the states to see whether she can crack the very hard stateside music scene.
