Cheryl Cole visited Prince Charles at Clarence House yesterday where she announced a project to help disadvantaged teenagers in the North East of England where she is originally from. Cheryl is to create a charity foundation to help support the Prince’s Trust which is headed by Prince Charles and the Trusts work in that region.

Cheryl is no stranger to charity work or the very top echelons of society and after her climb of Kilimanjaro in aid of Charity the other year she was invited to No10 Downing Street by the then Prime Minister Gordon Brown.

Celebrities V Paparazzi. How close is too close?

A bit of a thorny subject in the celebrity world and that’s paparazzi. s article looks at things from both angles as a result of the recent Metro headline where Jamie Hince lashes out at a paparazzi to protect Kate Moss!

Jamie Hince lead singer of the kills and beau to supermodel Kate Moss hit out at a photog last night after leaving a London Fashion week after party and they had earlier attended a Samantha Cameron party at 10 Downing Street.

Apparently according to Metro the photog got too close to Kate Moss which resulted in Jamie Hince getting into a tussle with the photog only to be caught by patrolling police where he was then given a caution/warning!

This is a very similar situation to the Katy Perry and Russell Brand incident at LAX with a photog that ended up getting decked by Brand for trying to take a pic up Perry’s skirt. In both the Brand and Hince situations if they gave verbal warning to back off which was then ignored then a swift clump is the only language they understand and fair do’s is what we say.

So how close is too close, and when and where can paparazzi take photos of celebrities? It’s an incredibly grey area at the moment but from our observations from using paparazzi material on this site from various sources some paparazzi photo agencies are way better than others at getting that shot in what amounts to highly pressurised situations where the alcohol is often flowing freely.

Chris Brown’s luck seems to be steadily changing, according to TMZ he attended court recently and has had the restraining order with regards to Rihanna lifted and he is now allowed to go near her or even see her if the situation arises. Grab the short court video at TMZ. Don’t rule a reunion out with these two………….trust me? Good news No2, his new album called simply F.A.M.E will hit the  stores on March 22nd and comes in two flavours Normal and Deluxe and includes collaborations with Tyga, Justin Bieber, Ludacris, Lil Wayne, Busta Rhymes and more and his tour is also under the same F.A.M.E name.

You’ve seen the Teaser (all 10 seconds of it) and you’ve heard the audio sampler but as per usual just like with Britney Spears we are now awaiting the full length official video of “Born This Way” which is getting downloaded in a massive way and has caused Billboard chart mayhem.

According to celebrity blogger Perez Hilton (Celebrity Juice not From concentrate) the release date has been announced unofficially via his blog and he had this to say:

PerezHilton.com is thrilled to exclusively announce that the eagerly-anticipated music video for Lady GaGa’s Born This Way will debut in less than a week!

The video will premiere online this Monday, February 28th at 11:00 AM Eastern/8 AM Pacific!

Perez Hilton is quite pally with Gaga so this announcement you could say is 100% Kosher!

Now by our reckonings this has got to be the absolute worst time to release this video as the Academy awards are on Sunday 27th February and the headlines will be coming out thick and fast in the morning exactly the same time as this video is released.  BUT Gaga is not short in the brain cell department, she has gone with this release date for a reason. Either way full review will be here. Will it do better than Britney’s new number “Hold it Against Me” that came out at 3stars +?

David Guetta and The **** Me I'm Famous Tour

The whiskered wonder DJ and electronica supremo normally known as David  Guetta whos trademark synth backings have featured on many of todays hits from leading stars is always in the news and in the charts in some shape or form, so whats the latest vibe in Guetta city?

It looks like he could be involved in the latest project for Leone Lewis which will make this her third album following on from her previous album offerings of ‘Spirit’ and ‘Echo’. There looks to be further creative input from Dallas and ‘Bleeding Love’ main man Ryan Tedder.

The Guetta angle is an interesting one as he normally is associated with up tempo clubby numbers and Leona Lewis seems to shine better on the slower tempo ballad style tunes?

With David Guetta’s past offerings including  with Estelle and One Love, then onto ‘Memories’ feat Kid Cudie with the incredibly tasty hairdresser, live workings with Kelly Roland and ‘Commander’ and also ‘When love takes over’ and with Chris Willis ft Fergie & LMFAO – Gettin’ Over You and recently with Rihanna in “Who’s That Chick” 

Are we going in the right direction here. With recent event appearances showing Leona Lewis sporting a radically new Hollywood style look with bras in the shape of an enormous pair of lips are we going to see a radical change in her musical style as well. From the general vibe so far this does look to be the case. Is this is a good thing. We are not so sure but we do know one thing, “Bleeding Love” is one tough sod of a song to beat regardless who you team up with?

Mila Kunis is rumoured to be set to star in a prequel to the original Wizard of Ozfilm and this one is directed by Sam Raimi.

This new film looks set to be called ‘Oz The Great and Powerful’ and Mila Kunis who starred alongside Natalie Portman in the award winning film the ‘Black Swan’ looks to be rumoured to have landed one of the most famous roles in the film and that is the ‘Wicked Witch of the West’ called Theodora. Dorothy and those famous ruby slippers looks to be landed by someone else but the film is still in the very early stages of development.

The script is being penned by rabbit hole writer Davie Lindsay Abaire. Filming is pencilled in to start later this year in July. Who will be playing the Tin Man, The Straw Man and the Cowardly Lion, if they appear at all, remains to be seen.
