The 2011 Brit awards were held last night  at The O2 Arena in London and it was a very similar night to the Grammy’s  with no one particular artist/group dominating the proceedings in terms of awards. Tinie Tempah came away with two well earned wins and grabs the headline for us. Plan B won best male solo artist and Laura Marling finally cracked it with a Best Female artist gong win. Bieber, Rihanna were amongst the winners on the international gong spectrum. Critics Choice went to Jessie J the rapidly rising and new media darling  Essex warbler from Romford who recently hit No1 in the UK. We think there could be more gongs  in the future? Take That also featured!

Red Carpet Arrivals. Where do you start???  Huge list of names but one of the headlines was Katie Price was at the event and so was Peter Andre but for some reason they didn’t meet up to have a chat at the event…..wonder why?  Then there’s Cheryl Cole’s backless sideless and everything elseless dress. What can we say if you’ve got it flaunt it. just one question though………..now that she has this lower back new tattoo are we going to be seeing nothing but backless dresses for the foreseeable future not that we’re complaining? Then there’s the Cheryl Cole and Peter Andre kiss.!!! Nice move Pete a smacker for the National Treasure eh………..what must have been going through Katie Prices mind doesn’t bear thinking about.  Who else was there? Dizzee Rascal, Chipmunk, Alesha Dixon, Rihanna and Justin Bieber. Jessie J was looking just a bit on the colourful side?
