The figurine which retailed for $70 was made by M.I.C Gadget and has included other names such as Steve Jobs CEO of Apple, also in controversial circumstances
A Beijing Law firm according to Metro has taken legal action against the doll manufacturing firm and stated
:
‘Without the authorisation of Mr Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook, you have manufactured and sold on your website the Mark Zuckerberg action figures to customers globally, which has used Mr Mark Zuckerberg’s portraiture for commercial purpose and infringed his legitimate right. ‘In addition, Facebook’s trademark “F” has also been used on these action figures, which has also infringed Facebook’s trademark right.’
Charlie Sheen in action?

On closer inspection It seems its just a repeat performance of a couple of years ago where some nude photos were released from a ‘source’ and Vanessa Hudgens sued the publisher as permission was not obtained for their release. These sort of repeat headlines tend to come out when things are not that busy on the celeb news front, as in now.

Anuvahood premiered in London last night and it could be said this was an A Listers void. We’ve gone with Professor Green as the headline although he doesn’t star in this film, as this is an urban style comedy. The main actor Adam Deacon was not present at the event. Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace seems to be present at a lot of these sort of premiere’s recently if you remember she was on one of the Big Brother shows and Bianca Gascoigne is another face that seems to crop up quite a lot at these premieres.
