A Valentine’s Day complete rewind of the whole website that is Fame Fad for Whitney Houston going back a couple of days now that the avalanche of news that was the Grammy Awards and BAFTAs combined has passed. Buried is not the word at this end!
Two videos from two big music stars paying tribute to The Voice that was Whitney Houston who died over the weekend. Both stars singing “I Will Always Love You” one of my favourites that demonstrates the Whitney vocal power and outstanding ability magnificently.
Original version also included from “back in the day” when this song was the signature tune for the film “The Bodyguard” where she co starred alongside Kevin Costner and was a huge hit and still sounds as good now as it did then! With the greatest respect to Jennifer Hudson and Nicole Scherzinger who are talented artists………….you can see how incredibly good she was. Seen her perform this live………she sounds exactly the same as the studio recording……………no auto tune needed here!.
The Jennifer Hudson video is broadcast quality the Nicole Scherzinger video is technically way off the mark as it’s a raw home made job but has been included to demonstrate how important the Whitney Houston name was in the music industry and how the terrible news has rocked the world.
