Heidi Range of the Sugababes was spotted out and about in West London doing a bit of a shop at Whitely’s Shopping Centre in Bayswater and is looking very toned indeed which she puts down to her recent skating appearance on Dancing on Ice. In a recent interview with NOW Mag she said about her skating skills  “I’m getting better as the weeks go on but it’s really nerve-wracking.” and about her recent weight loss she said  apparently she’s dropped down to 7.5 stone and is now a Size 6-8. So forget the lettuce, gyms and Special K and get those ice skates on and head down to your local ice rink?

With the Sugababes that Heidi Range is part of surrounded by the same old chestnut rumours that the original line up of Siobhan Donaghy, Mutya Buena and Keisha Buchanan  could be regrouping (haven’t we heard this one before) and that Emile Sande has written material for them adds a bit of competition to the current trio.  This has been denied by Mutya Buena apparently but the rumours persist.. If the rumours are true and the original line up  are regrouping it won’t be under the Sugababes name as apparently the current line up are very much still alive and apparently have plans for a new album later this year according to the Guardian article.
