Jennifer Lawrence was in attendance last night at ‘The Hunger Games premiere held in conjunction with the Cinema Society & Calvin Klein Collection. This premiere was in a screening format and was held at the SVA Theatre in New York

At long last a film premiere and a decent one at that. The premiere of Lionsgate’s ‘The Hunger Games’ was held last night at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles and this film is causing a buzz in media circles and for good reason . Big film this one and part of a trilogy to rival the likes of Twilight or similar but there are no vampires or werewolves.
An impressive line up of names at the event the likes of which have not been seen for some time, normally a good sign, but not always…….. Valentines Day being a case in point! This film is a science fiction action-drama film directed by Gary Ross and based on the novel of the same name by Suzanne Collins which has a following in it’s own right..
