Robin Gibb one of the brothers in the infamous line up of the disco group The Bee Gees has died after a long battle with Cancer aged 62. The Bee Gees are famous for their hits such as How Deep Is Your Love, Stayin’ Alive, and Tragedy back in the 70′s and 80′s in the days of Disco. The brothers also wrote major hits for other artists including Diana Ross’s Chain Reaction and Islands In The Stream for Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers.
The Bee Gees are probably remembered mostly for their major musical backing in the film Saturday Night Fever which had a corresponding album that achieved similar status in the music charts and is now a cult classic that starred John Travolta and spawned many hits .
