The BAFTA TV Awards were held last night at the Royal Festival Hall on the Southbank in Central London and the stars and the weather turned out for this one along with some Daleks.
Olivia Coleman was the headline picking up two gongs at the event and the weather was the other with “umbrellas” being one of the first words to spring to mind when describing this red carpet spectacular event. David Walliams came with a dog that looked very similar to Pudsey?

Fame Fad is part of Frank John Photography and all photos and images are produced by that Photographer only, to keep it’s highly individualistic style. Updates currently are between 1-4 times a week depending on the number of celebrity events in any given week and will be increasing in the future. Taylor Swift was amongst other music stars who descended on the 2013 Brit Awards which was held at the o2 Arena in North Greenwich in South London on Wednesday Night 20 February. Guest list included Jessie J, Emeli Sande and One Direction amongst many others.
A short flying visit produced 3 photos of Taylor Swift on a windy night including one ultra close up taken from the VIP Arrivals area where the screaming fans were. This was about 50 metres from the main red carpet staging area . The ultra close up shot was a mere 3 feet away……….. what is called in the trade a “within kissing distance” shot.
Sarah Harding at the Run for Your Wife Premiere London
Run for Your Wife had it’s film premiere last night at the Odeon in Leicester Square and this film stars Sarah Harding of Girls Aloud, Danny Dyer and Denise Van Outen. Most of the stars were present at the event along with some classic Brit Stars that arrived as quests including Sir David Jason (aka Del Boy), Timothy West, Lionel Blair and many more.
On a gale force windy night (strong enough to nearly blow some crowd barriers over) mixed with a dash of sleet and freezing rain to add even more fun it was a case of getting what photos you could and the results are below.
